This is to inform you the new interest rates and service charge on Real Estate

Mortgage (REM) approved by the Board in its regular virtual meeting dated April 27, 2021 as

follows:

Loans 3 Million or less                    16% p.a + 3%               one-time Service Charge for the term                                                                                                                                                                                   Indicated in the Promissory Note.

Loans more than 3 Million             12% p.a + 3%              one-time Service Charge for the term                                                                                                                                                                                    Indicated in the Promissory Note.

 The new interest rates and service charge shall take effect immediately.
